Straatkoenst tour

The Straatkoenst Tour is a street art experience in Amsterdam, taking audience along tags and pieces all over the city, offering more context to the artform.

I custom-designed cards for participants, offering an interactive way to explore the city's street art scene along the guide. The cards provide an overview of featured artworks, a checklist to guide the tour, and a keepsake for participants to remember their experience.

In this project, I combined analog and digital techniques, starting with hand-drawn elements and converting them into digital designs. Mixing media is my favorite way of working!

Process:


These cards came to life through a mix of hands-on design and digital work. After briefing with the tourguide and picking which artworks to highlight, I sketched out each tag/piece, trying to capture the unique and expressive energy of street art. Next, I digitized those sketches, refining them into clean yet lively designs that would be recognizable during the tour. Each card had a checklist for during the tour, and contact information, making it promotional, practical as well as a fun memory to take home.
